Introducing
Indonesia |
|
The
world's fourth most populous nation covers more than
17,000 islands, that stretch for more than 4,161km (3,200
mi) from the pacific to the Indian Ocean.
This is the world's
largest archipelago, with an astonishing array
of cultures. Today Indonesia's 220 million people--Asmat,
Balinese, Batak, Dayak and on down through the alphabet--speak
more than 300 languages!
It's
this size and diversity
that make Indonesia so fascinating. Whether you fancy
a world class beach resort in Bali or an adventurous
jungle hike deep into the rain forests of Sumatra, Indonesia
will be most satisfying!
